Order Issue

Ⅱ. Order Tracking

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Please note, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and not used or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Shipping Issue:

We offer Free Shipping on all items. 

Shipping Locations:

1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

2. We do not deliver to  FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often 2 working days. All estimates are based on business days.

If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery will typically take 10 to 15 working days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at info@costoffs.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping and provide product photos.Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier.
